All Custom Cake Orders Must Be Booked At Least 1 Week In Advance Or A $40 Rush Fee Will Be Applied. All Holiday Eve Appointments Are An Additional $50. Sunday’s are for 1 on 1 cake classes only, no available cake pickups are available on this day. 

Orders That Are No-Call, No-Show Will Be Banned From Booking And Will Result Of The Card On File Being Charged 100%.

Full Balance MUST Be Paid The Day Before Pick Up, No Exceptions. Late Payments Will Result In A $10 Late Fee. An Invoice With Payment Methods Will Be Sent Within 48 Hours Of Your Order, So Please Make Sure All Contact Information Is Correct. 

All Orders That Are Paid For But Not Confirmed Will NOT Be Started. All Orders Are Confirmed Via Text Message 24 Hours Prior To Pick Up! This Keeps Down Confusion Of Me Making Orders No Longer Needed And To Confirm CRUCIAL Pickup Information. 

 If The Date For Your Order Is Not Available, You Can Book Up To 4 Days In Advance. As Long As Your Order Is Refrigerated, It Will Be Fine!

Pick Up Times Are Monday-Saturday Between 1-5 PM only.

 All Orders That Are Paid For, But Not Confirmed Will Still Not Be Started. All Orders Must Be Confirmed 24 Hours Prior.

Once Items Are Picked Up From Ceara's Sweets and Things LLC, It Is No Longer Our Responsibility. All Items Are Made With Fresh Ingredients and Must Be Refrigerated To Preserve The Life Of The Cake/Treats.  

Rush Orders Are Orders Needed Before The 1 Week Time Frame and Will Result In A $40 Rush Fee. Due To Custom Making Of Cake, Some Rush Orders May Look Different Due To Me Having To Make Accommodations To The Order.

Due To Me Having Limited Space, All Orders MUST Be Picked Up On Time! A $25 Storage Fee Will Be Charged If You Are More Than 1 Hour Late Picking Up Your Order. I Will Hold Your Order For A Maximum Of 2 Days.
